Boathouse, Boathouse, Boathouse!!!
This is the nicest Mcqueen you will ever encounter, boathouse kept that believe it or not is included in this very reasonable price... Its one thing to own and maintain a classic wooden yacht but when you have a boathouse to put it in makes it much easier and a lot less money to maintain a vessel of this caliber.
This 76' McQueen is one of the few that were built with a factory cockpit, this makes this vessel much easier than most to handle lines and board from a floating dock. The seller has spared no expense since his ownership, and the interior is absoutly beautiful. Some of the most notable upgrades of this vessel are as follows. The bottom has been re-fastened, Hydralic bow thruster installed, electric stern thruster, running gear pulled and balanced, constant paint and varnish maintained, updated interior, updated electronics, diesel hydronic heat, with electric clean and quiet system, water maker, victron inverter, 15' boston whaler with a new 50hp Suzuki outboard, extensive custom exterior canvas, Just to name a few...
This is a rare opportunity to purchase a classic well maintained McQueen and a boathouse to keep her in. Don't wait, this boat and boathouse package will not last. Call the listing broker today to schedule an appointment to view Snow Queen before she sails away. More exterior photos will be posted soon.
