Welcome aboard “Temptress”, a 2010 Ocean Alexander 80’ Motoryacht.
Your tour begins as you step aboard the swim platform and you immediately notice the teak decks, 4 polished stainless steel staples, 8 custom stainless steel polished rocket launchers(rod holders), 3 locker compartments gaining access to your Glendinning Cablemaster CM-7 & CM-8 shorepower/downrigger power and controls/Whale transom shower/ITT Jabsco fresh water inlet, a Pacific Edge live baitwell, an Airtex pantograph transom door offering entry into the crew quarters and engine room and the Euro-transom with teak steps and polished stainless steel elliptical radius hand rails leading unto the aft deck.
On the aft deck, the extended overhang provides excellent protection for those sunny and misty PNW days. A large aft deck settee offers comfortable seating for eight around a brand new custom high gloss teak dining table supported by a hi-lo polished stainless-steel pedestal. To port, a molded staircase leading to the expansive boat deck and flying bridge and forward a full size door leading you to the crew quarters and engineroom while a wet bar is located to starboard. The aft deck also provides direct access to the covered, walkaround recessed teak side decks, complete with convenient boarding side doors on either side aft deck and midship. A starboard aft wing station is equipped with MTU handheld wired remote with engine controls and Keypower hydraulic bow and stern thruster controls for effortless docking.
Entering the salon through the Aritex polished stainless steel sliding door with Phantom screen, you step into a spacious and inviting living area. Port side features a full bureau with cabinets, TV lift featuring a 43” Sony Bravia LED TV, AV encased in a custom AV rack, and a WineEnthusiast wine captain. Starboard side you will discover a large custom L-shaped settee with built-in storage, custom settee hi-lo and foldout table with burl inlay, and two custom leather barrel chairs with matching ottomans and built-in storage.
Moving port forward you will find a breathtaking polished stainless steel spiral staircase leading to the flying bridge, opposite starboard to is the spacious ondeck dayhead. Continuing port forward is the u-shaped side facing dinette settee with built-in storage, drawers and a table with burl inlay. Directly across you will find the U-shaped galley offering everything a chef desires, featuring full-size high end Jenn-Air, Fisher & Paykel, Wolf & Gaggenau appliances with granite countertops. Facing forward from the galley is the fully equipped lower helm featuring Seatronx monitors and Furuno/Simrad nav. system. A Stidd chocolate leather helm chair with OA embroidered insignia provides comfort underway. To port is the captain’s desk with swing-out bar stool, and to starboard a curved staircase leading to the accommodations foyer and the yacht’s three spacious staterooms—each with its own ensuite head.
The full-beam master stateroom is located midship and showcases custom Japanese Sakura cherry wood satin cabinetry throughout. It features a large cedar-lined full-height hanging walk-in closet with a concealed digital safe, a second oversized large cedar-lined locker, elegant bureau, vanity and nightstands, and a king-size berth with storage beneath. Four large opening portlites bathe the room in natural light and fresh air. The master ensuite head is richly appointed with dual sinks, a large shower, granite floors, custom Grohe hardware, and premium Sakura satin cabinetry. Forward of the master, to starboard, is a full-size GE washer and dryer(220v) set.
The VIP stateroom is located forward and offers a queen-size berth, cedar-lined hanging locker, generous storage, and a private ensuite head. On the port side is the guest stateroom with twin side-by-side berths, also with its own ensuite head. Each stateroom is finished to Ocean Alexander’s high standards, ensuring comfort and luxury for every guest aboard.
There are two forward/mid bilge compartments. One forward under the VIP stateroom access to Keypower KP14 36hp proportional hydraulic bow thruster, Blue Water Clearmate fresh water filtration system, 2 Torrid 30 gallon hot water heaters, Grundfos hot water circ pump, 2 Headhunter Mach 5 AC fresh water pumps, Headhunter pressure accumulator tank, Nutone central vac system, Johnson shower sump pump and a Johnson 4000 bilge pump with high water alarm. One mid aft under the port side guest stateroom is access to the holding tank, Headhunter Mako 1 diaphragm sewage pump, Furuno sonar, MTU control head units, Octoplex control boxes/breakers, Charles IsoBoost 50 transformer, 2 Newmar converters, Johnson 4000 bilge pump with high water alarm and 4 categorized manual cases.
“Temptress” features an expansive flying bridge & boatdeck. Highlights include a hardtop with two hatches, a starboard-side alfresco L-shaped dining area and the centerline upper helm offers excellent visibility with three Stidd white leather helm chairs with OA embroidered insignia’s and all of the nav gear at your fingertips.
Aft on the boat deck you’ll find the two wet bar entertainment centers including sink, U-Line refrigerator and a Polar commercial grade clear icemaker. In addition a Steelhead Marine SM1750R boatdeck yacht crane, Yamaha FX cruiser Waverunner and the Nautica 13'6" center console RIB tender with Yamaha 50hp 4 stroke outboard.
Crew quarters and engine room has two access points. Off the swim platform or a safer underway access is through the aft deck full size door. Upon entering the crew area from the aft deck, forward you’ll find a companionway with a starboard-side settee and table, plus cabinetry with a built-in fridge/icemaker and microwave. To aft port is the private crew head. To starboard are the two crew and captain berth separate accommodations. Forward lies the hardware room, home to the MTU 10V2000 mains, ZF gearboxes, Keypower stabilizers, dual Northern Lights gensets, and the systems detailed in the mechanical section and in the lazarette one will find the teak wood planked open storage, Bauer Junior II scuba air compressor, Victron Energy Orion converter, Waterfixer ultraviolet water purifier, Glendinning CM-7 & CM-8 Cablemasters and running-gear access.
